本协议是您与开若图公司之间关于您下载、安装、使用 dooo0t 产品所订立的协议，包括本协议正文、《dooo0t 隐私政策》及开若图公司已经发布或将来可能发布并以合理途径通知的各类规则、规范、通知等。所有规则均为本协议不可分割的组成部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。
您在注册或使用 dooo0t 平台时设置的名称、头像和简介等账号信息应遵守法律法规、社会道德风尚和信息真实性等原则，不得含有不良信息，不得冒用他人姓名、名称、字号、头像等，或以其他足以引起混淆的方式设置账号，不得侵害第三方合法权益。
您的账号关联您的个人信息及 dooo0t 平台商业信息，仅限您本人使用。禁止以任何形式赠与、借用、出租、转让、售卖或许可他人使用。如我们有合理理由认为使用者并非账号注册人本人，为保障账号安全，我们有权暂停或终止向该账号提供服务。
您可以依照 dooo0t 平台流程申请注销账号，但仍应对注销前或使用服务期间的行为承担相应责任。一旦注销账号，该账号下的所有数据将被永久删除且无法恢复。
如您在注册或使用 dooo0t 平台时违反法律法规或本协议，开若图公司有权不予注册；已经注册的，开若图公司有权视情况要求限期改正，或采取短期封禁、永久封禁、注销账号等措施。
dooo0t 为您提供图片创意编辑服务，核心流程为：上传图片 → 调节参数 → 导出生成图。您还可以使用 dooo0t 社区发布您原创或有权发布的文字、图片等内容。社区内容仅为用户发布内容的展示，不代表开若图公司的官方精选、收录或推荐。
您可通过我们授权的应用市场下载并安装 dooo0t 客户端，或通过 dooo0t 网页版体验服务。如您并非从上述正规途径获取 dooo0t 产品，我们无法保证该版本为官方版本，亦不对因此导致的任何损失承担责任。
我们授予您一项个人的、不可转让的、非独占的、有限的合法使用 dooo0t 的权利，仅限于您的个人非商业目的使用。本协议未明示授权的其他一切权利均由开若图公司保留。
您在使用 dooo0t 时，应尊重隐私和道德并保护数据安全，不得输入未经授权的个人信息、保密信息或其他信息；应确保输入内容合法合规、为您本人所有或已获得合法授权，不得侵害他人的著作权、专利权、商标权、肖像权、姓名权、声音权、名誉权、荣誉权等权益。您不得直接或间接输入、制作、传播以下内容：
用户通过 dooo0t 上传、分享、传播的内容和信息均不代表我们的观点。您应自行判断并承担使用相关内容产生的风险。除法律法规另有明确规定外，我们不对因此造成的利润、信誉、资料损失或其他有形、无形损失承担直接、间接、连带或惩罚性赔偿责任。
dooo0t 本身自带的所有版本、技术、程序、素材及信息内容（包括但不限于产品功能、人机界面、操作流程、商标、专利、计算机软件作品等）的知识产权均归开若图公司或其许可方所有。开若图公司向您提供的软件使用许可，在任何情况下均不应视为向您转让或共享其知识产权的部分或全部。
您上传的用户原始图片的著作权及其他知识产权仍由您或相应权利人享有，开若图公司不因提供本地处理服务而主张对用户原始图片的任何权利。您同意授予开若图公司免费、非独占的许可，以便在 dooo0t 产品内展示您使用本产品形成的生成图或主动发布的相关内容。
除非法律允许或经开若图公司书面许可，您不得：
若您未满 18 周岁，请在监护人的陪同下阅读并同意本协议，并在取得监护人同意后方可使用 dooo0t。若未成年人未经监护人同意擅自使用，开若图公司有权在知悉后采取限制措施。
若您是未满 18 周岁的未成年人，您应在监护人的监护与指导下使用 dooo0t。作为监护人，请您密切关注被监护人的使用情况，引导其合理使用，并确保其上传的图片内容符合本协议规定。
开若图公司按"现状"提供 dooo0t 服务，在适用法律允许的最大范围内，不对服务的持续可用性、无错误性或对特定目的的适用性作出任何明示或默示保证。
dooo0t 产品的图片处理效果依赖用户上传图片的质量、分辨率、色彩等因素，最终生成效果可能因图片本身条件的不同而存在差异，开若图公司不对生成图的特定视觉效果作出保证。
您上传的用户图片内容由您自行负责。您应确保上传的用户图片（包括用于波点、画笔、拼贴、ASCII 处理的底图）为您原创或已取得合法授权。因上传内容侵犯他人权利（包括但不限于肖像权、著作权、隐私权）产生的一切责任由您自行承担。我们可能对侵权、违法违规或违反本协议的内容予以限制。
您理解并同意，通过 dooo0t 将内容分享至第三方平台后，该内容在第三方平台上的传播及可能产生的责任由您自行承担，开若图公司不对第三方平台内容承担责任。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，因使用或无法使用 dooo0t 产品所造成的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失（包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失），开若图公司均不承担赔偿责任。
因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、政府行为、网络故障等）导致服务中断或终止，开若图公司不承担违约责任，但将尽合理努力减少因此对您造成的影响。
开若图公司持续改进 dooo0t 产品，可能不定期对产品功能进行更新、调整或终止。您应将软件更新至最新版本，否则开若图公司不保证旧版本的全部功能可正常使用。
您理解并同意，开若图公司根据自身商业决策、政府行为或不可抗力等原因，可能选择中止、中断或终止 dooo0t 产品的部分或全部服务。
为给您提供更好的服务，或因国家法律法规、政策调整、技术条件、产品功能等变化的需要，开若图公司会适时对本协议进行修订，修订内容构成本协议的组成部分。若您继续使用 dooo0t 产品，即视为您同意接受修订后的协议内容。若您不同意修订后的协议，请立即停止使用 dooo0t 产品。
本协议的订立、生效、履行、解释、修订、终止及纠纷解决，适用中华人民共和国法律法规（仅为本协议之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区法律，以及中国台湾地区有关规定）。
若您与开若图公司之间发生任何纠纷或争议，双方应首先友好协商解决。协商不成的，您同意将纠纷或争议提交开若图公司住所地人民法院管辖。
本协议条款无论因何种原因部分无效或不可执行，其余条款仍有效，并对双方具有约束力。
开若图公司对本协议享有最终解释权。
如您发现 dooo0t 内存在侵犯您权利的内容，请提供权利证明，我们将依法处理投诉。如您发布的内容因侵权投诉被处理且您不认可处理结果，可提交不侵权声明及相关证明材料申诉，我们将依法处理。

This Agreement is entered into between you and Kairuotu regarding your download, installation, and use of the dooo0t product. It incorporates the main text of this Agreement, the dooo0t Privacy Policy, and all rules, specifications, and notices that Kairuotu has published or may publish in the future through appropriate channels. All such rules form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.
Names, profile photos, biographies, and other account information you set must comply with applicable law, generally accepted standards of conduct, and requirements of authenticity. You must not include harmful information, impersonate another person or entity, create confusion through another person's name or likeness, or infringe any third party's lawful rights.
Your account is associated with your personal information and dooo0t business information and may be used only by you. You must not give, lend, lease, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit another person to use it. If we reasonably believe that an account is being used by someone other than the registered holder, we may suspend or terminate service to protect account security.
You may request account deactivation through the process provided by dooo0t. You remain responsible for conduct occurring before deactivation or while using the service. Once the account is deactivated, all data associated with it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you violate applicable law or this Agreement while registering or using dooo0t, Kairuotu may reject registration or require corrective action, temporarily or permanently suspend the account, or deactivate it.
dooo0t provides creative image editing services. The core workflow is: upload an image → adjust parameters → export the Generated Image. You may also use the dooo0t community to publish text, images, and other content that you created or are authorized to publish. Community content is displayed as user-generated content and does not constitute official selection, inclusion, or endorsement by Kairuotu.
You may download and install the dooo0t client from our authorized app marketplaces, or experience the service through the dooo0t web version. If you obtain dooo0t from any source other than these authorized channels, we cannot guarantee that such a version is an official release, and we accept no liability for any losses arising therefrom.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use dooo0t lawfully, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Kairuotu.
When using dooo0t, you must respect privacy and ethical standards, protect data security, and refrain from entering personal information, confidential information, or other material without authorization. You must ensure that all content is lawful, belongs to you, or is used with valid authorization, and does not infringe copyright, patent, trademark, likeness, name, voice, reputation, honor, or other lawful rights. You must not directly or indirectly submit, create, or distribute content that:
Content uploaded, shared, or distributed by users through dooo0t does not represent our views. You are responsible for evaluating such content and assume the risks arising from its use. Unless otherwise expressly required by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, joint, punitive, or other damages arising from loss of profit, reputation, data, or other tangible or intangible interests.
All intellectual property rights in all versions, technologies, programs, materials, and informational content inherent to dooo0t (including but not limited to product features, user interfaces, operational processes, trademarks, patents, and computer software works) belong to Kairuotu or its licensors. The software license granted by Kairuotu to you shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as a transfer or sharing of any part or all of its intellectual property rights.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the original images you upload remain vested in you or the respective right holders. Kairuotu does not assert any rights over your original images by virtue of providing local processing services. You grant Kairuotu a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display within dooo0t the Generated Images you create with the product and any related content you choose to publish.
Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing by Kairuotu, you must not:
If you are under 18 years of age, please read and agree to this Agreement accompanied by your Guardian, and use dooo0t only after obtaining your Guardian's consent. If a minor uses dooo0t without the Guardian's consent, Kairuotu reserves the right to impose restrictions upon becoming aware of such use.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should use dooo0t under the supervision and guidance of your Guardian. As a Guardian, please closely monitor the minor's use of the service, guide them toward responsible usage, and ensure that any images uploaded by the minor comply with the requirements of this Agreement.
Kairuotu provides the dooo0t service on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairuotu makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continued availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
The image processing results of dooo0t depend on factors such as the quality, resolution, and color characteristics of the images you upload. The final output may vary based on the inherent properties of the uploaded image. Kairuotu does not guarantee any specific visual outcome of the Generated Images.
You are solely responsible for images you upload. You must ensure that all uploaded images, including base images used for halftone, drawing, collage, or ASCII processing, are your original works or are used with valid authorization. You bear all responsibility for infringement of another person's rights, including rights of likeness, copyright, or privacy. We may restrict content that infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law, or breaches this Agreement.
You understand and agree that, after content is shared from dooo0t to a third-party platform, you are responsible for its distribution on that platform and any resulting consequences. Kairuotu is not responsible for content on third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairuotu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the dooo0t product.
Kairuotu shall not be held liable for breach of contract in the event of service interruption or termination caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or network failures), but will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on you.
Kairuotu continuously improves dooo0t and may periodically update, modify, or discontinue product features. You should keep the software updated to the latest version; otherwise, Kairuotu does not guarantee the full functionality of older versions.
You understand and agree that Kairuotu may, at its discretion, suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the dooo0t services based on its own business decisions, governmental actions, or force majeure events.
In order to provide better services, or in response to changes in laws and regulations, policies, technical conditions, or product features, Kairuotu may revise this Agreement from time to time. Such revisions shall form part of this Agreement. Your continued use of the dooo0t product following any revision shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, please immediately cease using the dooo0t product.
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, amendment, termination, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (solely for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the relevant provisions of the Taiwan region).
In the event of any dispute or controversy between you and Kairuotu, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where Kairuotu is domiciled.
If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
Kairuotu reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
If you identify content in dooo0t that infringes your rights, please provide evidence of those rights and we will process the complaint in accordance with applicable law. If content you published is restricted following an infringement complaint and you disagree with the outcome, you may submit a non-infringement statement and supporting evidence for review.
